As a Zurich native with a Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design and additional expertise in visual design, I developed my skills in teaching, research and freelance projects, culminating in a Service Design Master's thesis on the topic of citizen engagement in urban development. Over the past two years, I have been refining the craft of service design at FJORD (Accenture Design) and have also completed the MIT course «Designing and Building AI Products and Services».

With my diverse skill set, ranging from qualitative research, facilitating collaborative processes, stakeholder management and UX design—just to name a few—I aspire to work for the common good. I believe that design is more than aesthetics. It's a modus vivendi, a problem-solving approach, and a catalyst for empathy-driven innovation. With a collaborative spirit and a foundation in user-centric methodologies, I'm ready to contribute to any meaningful mission.
